Inspired by a pair of shoes by famous fashion designer Valentino, artist Julia Arenas embarked in the creation of a collection of book covers, stationery and home design merchandise exclusively for Padmore Culture. 

"I saw the Rockstud T-Strap Pump of Valentino at a Nordstrom store and immediately a vision of hard textured flowers came to my mind. A mixture of edginess and fragility was the north that I followed. Valentino's shoe, a fixture to guide me in my inspiration" explained Arenas.

Don't think that the pair of shoes remains in her design table. Of course she wears them, although admittedly only on special occasions.
