Usually, shipping speed and price depend on product type, measurement, weight, and destination. It can get a bit confusing! For your convenience, we offer FIXED SHIPPING RATES so you always know what the shipping charge is going to be.




Most of our products qualified for free shipping in continental USA after a purchase of $75.00 or more. These include: apparel, accessories, tote bags, phone cases, wall art, pillows, bed and bath merchandise and mugs. Other products have a fixed flat shipping rate that is based on weight and shipping location. These rates are specified in our next section.

All our order are made especially for you in a period of about 5 to 7 business days, and then they are shipped by the shipping method of your choice. Shipping speed will depend on which method you chose. Here is a table that will help you make a decision on which shipping method is better for you.

 Note: Some carriers do not ship to PO Boxes, so please make sure you give us a physical address to deliver your items. If not, the order will not be accepted. 


Many items are shipped separately, so please allow extra time for these items to arrive. Shipping charges are based on the value of the merchandise and not the number of shipments. 


International Shipping

  • Padmore does offer international shipping for most of our products. We charge flat rates and the order is sent out with the most affordable carrier available at that time.
  • For international orders, it is most likely going to be sent out via International Economy Shipping WITH tracking. Choosing International Economy WITHOUT Tracking is not an option we offer. Since the package has no international tracking available, it does not get scanned in each warehouse and location it arrives at, which makes it more prone to being lost in transit. 
  • Some items are sent directly to you by our supplier or fulfillment house, whichever is near you. In those cases, packages would probably have the logo of the supplier or fulfillment house instead of ours. 
  • We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally. 


Custom Fees Notice

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. Our shipping rate doesn't include custom fees, therefore, our clients are responsible for these fees.


Shipping Stipulations

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Made to Order products ship separately. Please allow up to 5 business days for customization and processing. Once the item is ready, it will ship via the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. 
  • All our PERSONALIZED made to order products are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, an APO or FPO military address are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited. Please note these orders may take up to 21 days for delivery.
  • All of our wall art ships within 5-7 business days. Unframed prints ships in tubes, providing extra protection and safe delivery.


Order never arrived:

If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

When an order is being returned to us by the carrier because they were not able to deliver the items to the provided address, it is usually because the customer provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Don’t leave them out and double check the digits. 

You can use a tool like the USPS ZIP code lookup to verify if your address is correct for delivery. 

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
