Can I use my mobile phone to shop?

Yes, and you will not need an APP for it. Our website is completely responsive and will adjust to any device you use: computer, tablet or phone. The menu button, represented by three horizontal lines,  will always be on the top right corner, and you will be able to access all our sections from there. Once on the product page, you can add the item to your cart and complete the transaction. Also, you can use the search icon on the top right corner to look for a specific item.

Do you have a size chart?
Fit details will be listed under the Size Chart tab on each apparel product page.


Are your products always available?

Great news!. Since most of our products are made to order, they are available all the time.

In some cases, if the product comes from a studio or small supplier, the item can become unavailable. We will inform you as soon as we are notified of any changes in your order due to unavailability.

Also, because product availability is not guaranteed until items are purchased, it is possible for an item to become unavailable while it is in your shopping bag. If an item becomes out of stock, you will have to remove it from your shopping bag. In addition, we will remove items that remain in your shopping bag longer than 7 days.


Can I edit or modify my order once it has been submitted?

Once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team. We cannot cancel, add or remove items, change sizes, colors, etc. from your order.


When will I know my order has shipped?
A USPS Priority tracking number will be emailed to your address on file once your order has shipped. The same applies to Canada and International orders. Remember that most of our order are made especially for you in a period of about 5 to 7 business days, and then they are shipped by the shipping method of your choice.


How can I check if my order has been shipped?

The status of your order is updated regularly. Click the “SIGN IN” link at the top right-hand side of our site to check your orders status. Here you will find detailed information about current and past orders. Once your order is shipped, your tracking number(s) will be displayed when available. We will also keep you up to date about the status of your order by email.


What can I do if I don’t receive an order confirmation after 48 hours of my order?
Make sure you wrote your email address correctly. Sometimes people have more than one email address, so please make sure you check all your accounts in case you have forgotten which email address you gave us. Another option is to check your SPAM folder. Make sure to add us to your address book, so our emails get to your inbox instead of the SPAM folder. If none of these steps solve the situation, please contact our Customer Service Department at


Which forms of payment do you accept?


We accept the following major credit cards:

Paypal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on our website. It enables any individual to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by us plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Selecting the PayPal option will redirect you out to PayPal's secure checkout page. once you complete all options there and your form of tender is confirmed, you will be redirected back to our order confirmation step.


We do not accept:

C.O.D, gift cards or internationally based credit cards.


How do I choose my payment option?

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Only one credit card may be used per transaction. Please note that we will not process your order until we receive payment from your credit card company.


When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of your order.

For your security, your billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.


Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders are charged tax if the customer resides in California, Florida, Massachusetts or Virginia. This policy may change according to any new sales tax laws.


What can I do if an item is missing from my shipment?

Click the “SIGN IN” link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at


How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. You can access all our shipping info here:


Do you ship to my country?

We offer Worldwide shipping, but if you want to double check, you can do so in the create an account section. During signup, we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.



If you would like to ship to one address click "ship to a single address" above your order summary on the right side of the page. If you have an account with us, you may also choose a saved address.

If you are signed in your account, you can save the shipping address for future use by clicking the "add to address book" checkbox.

If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, click the "use this address for billing" checkbox.



If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, click "ship to multiple addresses" above your order summary on the right side of the page. Signed-in customers may choose an address by selecting one from the drop-down menu next to each item, or by adding a new one.

If you are signed in, you can save the shipping address for future use by clicking the "add to address book" checkbox.


Will your box be labeled with your logo for easy identification? 

Yes, it will. But, some special items or seasonal items could be sent to you directly from suppliers or fulfillment houses, whichever is near you, and probably the boxes will not be identified with our logo, but theirs. Amazon Fulfillment Services and FullDistributors Corp. are usually the services most used for shipping by external suppliers.

When will my credit appear on my account?

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).



What can I do if I forgot my password?

Click the “SIGN IN” link at the top right-hand side of our site. Under the login box, you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?". Press it and that link will send an email to you with your password.
