You don't need a Hero when you can be your own! Women are more independent and resourceful than ever in history. They are taking charge of their own lives, making the role of the male hero a little outdated, though not eliminated, since male chivalry will always be appreciated. But note to men: one thing is to be a caring partner, and another is to always try to "rescue" women, since women nowadays can do the rescuing themselves. And they can even be a SHERO for others, too. Who needs saving?
